Improve scripture note filtering in dashboard data retrieval

  • Enhanced the getThreadNoteTypeCounts, getNotesForThread, and getUnorganizedNotesForDashboard functions to filter out scripture notes whose parent is in a real thread.
  • Implemented logic to identify and exclude organized scripture notes from the results, improving the accuracy of note counts and user experience.
